Effective: 29 September 2026
WebViewPDF is provided by Igor Menshikov (“we”). Contact: info@webviewpdf.com. Our address and tax identification are in the Legal Notice. These Terms govern the hosted SaaS at webviewpdf.com for customers in the EU. By creating an account or ordering, you accept these Terms. An individual acting for an organization confirms authority to bind it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The service converts uploaded PDFs into hosted interactive flipbooks and may offer embedding, links and viewing analytics according to the purchased plan and the features shown at checkout. You retain rights in uploaded content and grant us a limited license to host, convert, display and deliver it solely to provide the service. You must have rights to upload, publish and share PDFs and personal data, give required viewer notices, and avoid unlawful, infringing or malicious content. You choose public or restricted access where available. We may restrict specific content or suspend accounts for unlawful content or breaches of these Terms. We assess reports and content in a timely, diligent and objective manner, taking account of the rights of affected parties. Reports are assessed by a person; decisions to remove content or suspend accounts are not taken solely by automated means. Where required by law, we provide affected customers with a reasoned decision identifying the restriction, its duration and scope, the relevant facts and legal or contractual grounds, any use of automated means and available redress. You may request review at info@webviewpdf.com. Statutory complaint and judicial remedies remain available. No transfer of your PDF ownership occurs.
The 14-day trial is free, requires no card and creates no automatic paid subscription. At its end, access to paid features stops unless you separately select and pay for a plan. Hosted plans: Start €12/month or €108/year; Business €29/month or €228/year; Team €69/month or €588/year. Prices are in EUR and are final. We do not charge VAT where the exemption under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code applies. The checkout shows the applicable tax treatment and total payable before you place the order. Plan limits and included features are those displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions start when confirmed and renew for the selected month or year until cancelled, subject to the rules for consumers in Germany in Section 5. Each renewal charges the price disclosed for that billing period; we notify of material price changes before they take effect and give a chance to cancel. Orders are binding only after our electronic confirmation. One-off purchases show their exact scope, delivery and total before payment and do not renew.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; do not send us card details. We issue legally required invoices. Eligible business customers may request invoice and bank transfer before service activation under the written offer; due date and payment details appear on the invoice. Nonpayment may lead to notice and suspension. A self-hosted version is available only under a separate written offer, individual invoice and license or services agreement; hosted subscription rights do not include it.
Cancel renewal using Cancel subscription, in account subscription settings, or by emailing info@webviewpdf.com before the next billing date. Access continues to the end of the paid period, unless you request immediate closure; no further renewal charges follow a timely cancellation. Consumers also have statutory withdrawal rights, which are separate from subscription cancellation; see Cancellation and Refund Policy. We do not treat starting a SaaS subscription as an automatic waiver of those rights. For consumers habitually resident in Germany, after the initial agreed term the subscription continues for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time on no more than one month’s notice. The selected billing interval does not create a new minimum term; prepaid fees attributable to time after termination are refunded.
We take reasonable care to provide the service and may perform maintenance. For consumers, we are responsible for the conformity of the digital service throughout the contractual supply period. Statutory remedies include bringing the service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met. Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity are made only for a valid contractual reason, such as security, legal compliance or adapting to technical changes, without additional cost. We give the notice and termination rights required by applicable consumer law, including advance notice on a durable medium and the right to terminate within 30 days after receipt of the notice or implementation of the change, whichever is later, where a change adversely affects access or use beyond a minor degree and the statutory conditions apply. Do not share credentials or misuse the service. You may close your account; we may terminate or suspend for material breach after reasonable notice where possible, or immediately to stop serious harm. Export your files before closure; retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or rights that law does not allow us to exclude.
Portuguese law governs, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Courts and dispute bodies competent under applicable law remain available. Material changes to these Terms are announced in advance; existing paid periods retain their agreed conditions unless law requires otherwise.
