The 14-day trial needs no card and ends without a charge or automatic paid renewal. You must actively purchase a plan to continue paid features. For a paid monthly or annual subscription, cancel future renewal using Cancel subscription or account subscription settings or email info@webviewpdf.com before the next charge. We confirm the cancellation; access normally lasts until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a period already started. You may request account deletion separately.
For consumers habitually resident in Germany, after the initial agreed term the subscription continues for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time on no more than one month’s notice. The selected billing interval does not create a new minimum term; prepaid fees attributable to time after termination are refunded.
If you purchase as an EU consumer at a distance, you may withdraw from a paid service contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. The free trial does not shorten that period. To exercise the right, before the deadline send an unequivocal statement to info@webviewpdf.com or R. da Arcela 25, 4800-018 Guimarães, Portugal, or use the Withdraw from contract function. We acknowledge an online withdrawal without delay on a durable medium. You may use, but need not use, the form below. A new renewal does not necessarily create a new 14-day period; mandatory local law applies.
If you expressly request that the paid service begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, the law may permit us to charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied until notice of withdrawal; if the necessary request or information was not obtained, no such charge is due where the law so provides. We do not claim an automatic loss of withdrawal rights merely because you used the SaaS. We refund amounts owed within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without refund fees charged to you.
Outside statutory rights, prepaid subscription periods are normally not prorated after ordinary cancellation. If we fail to provide the purchased service, materially breach the contract or law grants a remedy, contact info@webviewpdf.com; we will assess a repair, price reduction, termination or refund as applicable. One-off hosted purchases do not renew; their scope and delivery are specified at checkout and consumers retain applicable withdrawal and conformity rights. Self-hosted supply is governed by its separate written agreement, without limiting mandatory consumer rights if sold to a consumer. Business customers may request a refund for nonperformance under the agreed contract and applicable law.
